On a crisp winter morning, Sneha and Anvit kicked off their three-day wedding with a welcome lunch and mehendi. They envisioned a relaxed, easy-breezy vibe, brought to life through soft shades of blue, setting a serene and elegant tone for the celebrations ahead.
TEXTURES, TREASURES & UNDERWATER MAGIC
The event was inspired by an "Under the Water" theme, rooted in the serene and mystical colors of the ocean. The couple envisioned a fun, easy-going welcome lunch and mehendi that was also visually captivating, setting the tone for the celebrations to follow.
The process began by selecting a color palette inspired by an "Under the Water" theme, focusing on oceanic hues.

A BREEZY BLUE BEGINNING
Reflecting on the day, Sneha says, "I wanted every detail to show the love and joy we felt, making sure that each moment was memorable for everyone who joined us."
THE CELEBRATION
Every detail was meticulously crafted to align with the theme. Customized cushions, letters in sand bottles, photo frames, and coffee table books reflecting the couple’s story were thoughtfully arranged. The space was further adorned with wooden treasure chests, lanterns, ropes, and shells, while the backdrops for the lounges and stages told a story of life beneath the sea.
To bring the theme to life, crystal teardrops were suspended from fish nets, creating the illusion of water droplets glistening in the light. A large photo booth, designed as an abandoned ship submerged underwater, became a central attraction.
The underwater vibe was further enhanced through the careful selection of furniture and upholstery. Sofas and linens were adorned with patterns of weeds and corals, with low-height umbrellas placed to create inviting lounge areas, perfect for the relaxed daytime event.
